If you are considering using the services of Benvenuto Limos, think no further...book them! Our extended family of twelve spent a full-day tour with them last month. We were met promptly at the port in Naples. We were provided with two deluxe and comfortable minivans.The Amalfi coastline is an experience not to be missed! Although the summer trafic was unbelievable, our extremely competent drivers new every turn and avoided long delays where the traffic was at a standstill. Their decisive communication was most impressive.
They were equally courteous, friendly and informative. Arrangement had been made for a perfect family-style luncheon in a quaint hilltop restaurant high above Positano with amazing views. Dear Giovanni,My family and friends (6) booked your excursion to Pisa and Florence on August 4, 2007. Our driver was Max; he was on time, well dressed and with a smile on his face. We arrived at the Leaning Tower at about 8:30 am; Max took us to the ticket office and helped us with the translation. Since we arrived before all the tour buses started to arrive we had the place all to our self’s and we were able to take great pictures and just walk around until it was time to enter the tower. Our drive to Florence was just amazing, first there is nothing that Max does not know about Italy, as far as we concerned Max is Italy! You made reservations for us for The Accademia Max took us to the window for reservations and got right in. We had plenty of time to shop and walk around in Florence. We were incredibly pleased with the chauffeur and tour services provided by Benvenuto. This was our first trip to Italy and we loved having our own private tour guide to navigate us through different cities.
Paolo, our driver and guide, was exceptional ... very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He helped make the most of our day excursions from Rome.

When you live in the United States and travel abroad, you sometimes worry about the caliber of service you'll receive from hotels and tour operators. Benvenuto Services was everything they claim to be and more ... definitely a First Class operation.

We really enjoyed all the drivers- they were all so friendly, courteous and helpful! And of course all the cars were beautiful, clean and spacious. We have just returned from a 12 day cruise to the Western Med. We mainly used the cruise line (RCCL) for excursions, except for Naples and Rome. Although the private excursions were more money, they were well worth it and cannot compare to the cruiselines excursions.

We had two very different yet wonderful drivers. Tony took good care of us from Naples bringing us where ever we wanted to go. He was very personable and full of knowledge. After him telling us about his mother's pizza, we all had a craving for pizza! He made us feel like we now have a new friend in Sorrento. If we are ever in the Naples area again, we would definitely request him again.

Likewise, Octavio knew the ins and outs of Rome. Thanks to his knowledge, we were able to get right into the Vatican Museum and Colosseum without having to wait in long lines - a real time saver and allowed us to see more with out limited time! He also brought us to a wonderful local restaurant for some great food.

As you can see by the other testimonials, it appears that all of their drivers are wonderful.

As for the condition of the cars, we appreciated how clean they are maintained. All-in-all, it was a very good experience and we feel we got our monies worth.

We used Benvenuto Limos for all of our transfers(5) and for 3 day trips.
1. Sicily with Silvano, he went above and beyond for us. He helped my dad locate relatives and then drove us to meet them! He also arranged for us to have lunch at an olive grove/press . We were the only ones there dining under lemon trees and olive trees! It was amazing, we could've stayed there forever!
2. Amalfi Coast, Positano with Gino. He was a lot of fun and his driving skills were amazing!
3. Orvieto with Maurice. Giovanni really came through for us when we added this trip at the very last minute(the day before). He booked us with Maurice to take us to the beautiful hilltown Orvieto. We had such an amazing time with Maurice. He took us to a winery and on the way back he even stopped at the grocery store for us so we could buy a few things to take back to our hotel!
We can not thank Giovanni and his wonderful staff enough for really making our trip to Italy so special! We will be using them again for sure on our next trip!

We were very fortunate to have a friend recommend Benvenuto Limos to us. We used their services three times while in Italy. All the drivers were on time and arrived in beautiful cars.

Twice we used the services for transfers between Naples/Sorrento and Sorrento/Naples. When the driver picked us up in Naples, we asked him for recommendations for places to eat in Sorrento. He gave us a great suggestion where the people were friendly and the food fantastic. He gave us other suggestions on what to do around the area and following his advice made our trip so much more pleasant.

His driving skills are amazing. My husband and I were amazed at how he was able to maneuver between buses and stone walls on the side of the road-sometimes with less than an inch to spare!

Umberto has a great personality and geniunely likes people. Our day was just so pleasurable because of him. He gave us plenty of time to see all of the sites and time for shopping in the towns. We could not have had a better experience.

The driver that took us back to Naples from Sorrento was also very pleasant, professional and right on time.

We had a great day with Benvenuto and our driver Savvi on the Amalfi Coast. Our driver was waiting for us when we got off our cruise ship, professionally dressed and with a spotlessly clean Mercedes. He gave us enough time in each town to explore as much or as little as we wanted and then was ready to take us to the next location. His choice of La Tagliata for lunch in Positano was the highlight of the day (other than the spectacular scenery). We were returned to our cruise ship in plenty of time to make our sailing. I highly recommend this company for a fabulous day on the Amalfi Coast. The services were professional, our driver was personable and spoke excellent English and the company was reliable.
