Back home now and wanted to take a few moments and give you some feedback about experiences with Bevenuto during our European vacation.
Overall we were very pleased with the service. All drivers were on time and were very professional in their behavior. Of particular note is Roberto our driver in Genoa-my family adored him and he was very good, knowledgable, funny and professional all in one. My daughter has renamed her horse from Bob to Roberto she liked him so much. Please pass on my compliments to him.
Stefano our driver in Rome was also excellent, full of knowledge and conveyed it well. He was very professional and a pleasure to spend the day with. Even when we ended the tour early (my son who is 8 was done) he offered to take me around for another hour and a half but I declined. That impressed me as many would have been overjoyed to be done early and make no offer to do more. I will use him again when we return to Rome.
Our drivers to ship/airport etc. were good as well, especially Luigi-very pleasant and interacted with us well.
You run a good company and I appreciated your quick responses to all my requests. I live in Bermuda and own 2 restaurants and know all about customer service and so I very much enjoyed the trouble free professional service my family received. We arrived safely back in Pennsylvania but are missing Sorrento.The service we received on the day tour of the Amalfi Coast was incredible. Our driver provide wonderful insights into the region, its history and its people. We loved every minute of the time!

I can certainly recommend Mr. Petrucci, who was our driver out of Civitavecchia for our Rome tour last month. He was very professional, always on time, and very pleasant to his American passengers. I had promised my wife that she would see some amazing driving through Rome's narrow streets, and Moreno did not disappoint us. He very skillfully got us around Rome's traffic, and to our various destinations quickly, allowing us to see all of the attractions we had planned for the day. Thank you for your email inquiring about our chauffeur services while we were in Italy. I must say we had a very pleasant experience and would certainly recommend your company to anyone traveling in Italy. I can't say enough nice things about our driver. I believe his name was Alfonso. He was courteous and professional and went out of his way to make our trip special. He stopped at several places so we could take pictures and he pointed out many places along the way (from Rome to Positano). I chose your company because it was recommended by Rick Steves in one of his books. It was definitely one of the best decisions I made. Thank you so much for providing such excellent service to three strangers in Italy!

Every driver we had was right on time in picking us up at the agreed upon spot & we so appreciated that!! They were each holding a sign with our name on it so it made them easy to find as well. They were all very agreeable to stopping when they could (meaning where it was safe) to allow us to take pictures
I will mention each driver & our impression----
Sicily: Silvano was our driver and our favorite out of the 4 drivers we had on our trip. He is so amazingly interactive, entertaining and full of knowledge. We had an absolutely wonderful day seeing the many sites of Sicily. We particularly appreciated that he came up with some ideas of places to see that (as a native) he knew we would enjoy. He first took us to a very picturesque place called Acitrezza.....it was just lovely. We also saw a neighboring village as well that was equally pretty. The market in Catania was amazing & fascinating. He took us to a wonderful winery for lunch and it was just wonderful!! The food....the wine....the view....everything was the best!! Taormina was terrific & oh so beautiful!! We wished we could have had Silvano for every tour, he was that enjoyable!! Our day flew by all too quickly! His driving was great as was his English. The van was sparkling clean and really easy to see out of to take in all of the sites. We loved Silvano!!!!
Amalfi/Positano areas: Umberto (or Uberto....I am probably spelling his name wrong and I apologize) was our driver here and he was our next favorite driver after Silvano. What a lovely gentleman. The road in that area is soooo incredibly narrow but he was wonderful in negotiating the challenges there.....I was never once nervous! We covered so much territory that day!! He took us to Ravello, Sorrento, Positano & then we finished in Amalfi where our ship was anchored. The place he took us all for lunch (Tagliata) was absolutely a spectacular setting way up on the cliff/mountain overlooking Positano. The view was incredible and the food absolutely delicious. We also very much appreciated all of his knowledge of the area. His English was also terrific. I almost forgot one important detail-----when Umberto picked us up he had a sedan and when he recognized that we were pretty crowded in the sedan, he made arrangements to exchange it for a mini-van while we toured Ravello. I may have mistakenly checked 'sedan' when I completed the information for our reservation but he sure took care of us cheerfully & quickly. We appreciated that so very much because that was a long day of driving. We could see so much better out of the minivan!
Civitavecchia: Our driver here was Constantino (Tino). Tino was helpful with ideas in taking us around the countryside. We had all been to Rome before and really wanted to see the beautiful country outside the city. Tino was not as talkative as Silvano & Umberto but would freely answer our questions along the way. He just did not volunteer a lot of information unless we asked. He took us on a beautiful tour through Tuscania, past Lake Bolsena and then to Bagnareggio which was simply amazing. We very much appreciated that stop the very most that day. We ended up having lunch there with the lovely view to Bagnareggio and the beautiful surrounding area. From Bagnareggio he took us to Tarquinia. We were going to stop for a walk along the shores of Lake Bolsena but heavy winds came up and the water was blowing up and over the road! Tino was a very good driver, spoke very good English and the minivan was very clean & a lovely vehicle in which to tour.
Livorno: Mauro was our driver this day and he was very quiet....very nice but very quiet. His English was very good. We toured San Gimignano, Monteriggioni & Siena this day. The countryside was lovely and very, very green. He very willingly would stop to allow us to take pictures (when we were in a safe spot obviously) along the way. We would have been very glad if Mauro could have shared a little more information about the area as we were driving. We did enjoy the areas he took us to very much.
For any future trip to Italy we will not hesitate to use Benvenuto Limos. Giovanni was always so responsive to my emails & also my phone calls. You are all quite amazing!! I have recommended Benvenuto to numerous friends already as have the friends who took the trip with us.

Please know that both drivers (pick up in Naples for drive to Positano, and pick up in Positano for return to Naples) were exceptional -- we received "gold star" treatment all the way!
We were picked up at the Naples train station; our driver was waiting for our group of 8 when we stepped off the train, and was most helpful with our luggage to make sure that he had the heaviest pieces to carry. On the drive to Positano, he gave us lots of information about the areas we were passing, which was delightful and most interesting. Since we were staying in an out-of-the-way place located near Hotel Posa Posa, he contacted the owner of the property for us just before we arrived, and between them, they arranged for porters to help with our luggage, and we were most grateful for that consideration!! The company we arranged the rental property with had not alerted us to the possibility of arranging for this assistance, and this thoughtfulness from Benvenuto was most appreciated, especially because it was a very long and winding walk down to our villa, and there wasn't an adequate place to park the limo without disrupting the flow of traffic. The porters saved us time, and it was amazing to watch how easily they handled what appeared to us to be a lot of luggage!
On our return from Positano to Naples, our driver arrived a few minutes early, which was very nice because we had once again requested assistance from the porters and had arrived at Hotel Posa Posa early as well, so it was perfect timing. He also provided interesting and lively discussion on our drive back to Naples, which we all enjoyed.
We will definitely contact you again next time we travel to your beautiful country, and will recommend you to friends and family who have need of your excellent services. And a special thanks to Giovanni, who recommended La Tagliata to us -- we had the most wonderful evening at La Tagliata during our week in Positano, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip!

Umberto was a wonderful driver. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Comfortable clean car with cool air conditioning on a hot day. Umberto took us everywhere we wanted to go and to a few places we hadn't previously known about. We enjoyed the sights in Ravello and Positano as well as all the sights between the two. We really loved our lunch at La Tagliata and our tasting at the limincello factory. Unfortunately since our initial tender to the port of Amalfi was a little late, we ran short of time and just made it back to the port in time for the last tender back to the ship, so we were not able to see the town of Amalfi. Of course this was not Umberto's fault and we did have a very full day of sightseeing. There is just so much to see. Now we have a reason to go back and when we do, we will definitely use Benvenuto Limos again. I have attached a photo for my wife Joanne with Umberto in front of La Tagliata.

We were very pleased with the car, the driver and the service from Benvenuto. Frankie the driver was friendly and efficient, a good safe driver and even though our plane was very late, plus we had to amend the destination when we arrived, he was helpful and got us there with no problems at all. We will definitely use Benvenuto again, and we will recommend the company to our travel agent friends in Sydney.

Your company was great and we have told all of our friends about your wonderful services. You are the greatest and when we return we will certainly use your company again. The travel from Venice to Florence was memorable and again to Cinque Terra and then on to Rome. The drivers were outstanding, friendly, professional and informative and we feel we made some new friends. By using your company, it took all the stress out of our travels to the various cities. I want to thank you for providing us with Franco for our Naples port-of-call
adventure. He was such a thoughtful and helpful person.

He made our day in Sorrento and the Amalfi coast a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We were
surprised by 7 extra family members from Foggia, meeting us for the first time in our lives
and he helped us locate each other, take pictures of us, and translate the excited Italian
greetings that we were exchanging.

He also quickly made lunch arrangements for our entire group at a wonderful restaurant with
extraordinary home-cooked food, a gorgeous view, and daughters that entertained us with a beautiful
Celine Dion song. We will never forget that special day that Franco so smoothly orchestrated
for all of us.

Next, I want to thank you for quickly arranging a 6-passenger vehicle to meet us at our
Livorno port-of-call for a trip to Pisa and Florence. You and Franco had spoiled us so much
with your gracious service that we wanted to experience Tuscany the same way.

Our driver, Massimo, was also extraordinary, and gave us a flavor of Florence from his native
home point-of-view, so it was much more special than we anticipated. He had us beat the
traffic by going to Pisa first, and drove us through beautiful Tuscan hills with a great
vista point overlooking Florence. He helped us buy tickets to see the statue David without
waiting in lines, and navigated us to all of our preferred points of interest.

Thanks again for your hospitable service, your quick responses to our requests, your wonderful
follow-through, and everything you did to make our ports-of-call such remarkable experiences.

We had a wonderful experience. Your driver was very timely and pleasant to talk to. Even though it was the last day of our trip he sent us off on a great note! When we return we will definitely use your services again. It was very reliable even though we had to change our departure date due to other circumstances....you were very accommodating.

We were extremely pleased with the day spent seeing Rome in the company of Roberto who was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and reliable and the mini-van suited us fine, as I have problem with one of knees which has only limited movement. He arrived at the hotel before the appointed time, took us on a tour of Rome in the morning seeing all the places promised and giving us sufficient time to visitor to take photographs . After the lunch break he took us to the Vatican, again showing some different parts of Rome on the way, and picked us up at the meeting place on time. He even showed us something not on most tours, a pyramid built in the walls of Rome on our way back to the hotel.

We would thoroughly recommend your service, it fully meet your advertised offer. Thank you too for your advice of pre-booking the Colosseum and the Vatican Museum, that saved us a lot of time at both places.
