we had the pleasure of using benvenuto limos on two past visits to the amalfi coast while on a cruise ship. giovanni and guiseppe were our drivers for those beautiful day trips. they were very professional and friendly as well as being safe drivers. this allowed us to relax and enjoy the scenery! they helped us to feel like locals. now that we are returning to amalfi this summer, we are going to use their service once again. looking forward to it. a presto!

our driver franco was fantastic for our 3 days with benvenuto! picked up from naples train station and taken to pompeii where carmine met us for a private tour of pompeii then on to sorrento. a full day tour of the amalfi coast and a return transfer from sorrento to naples train station. the amalfi coast was my dream trip and even in the rain it took my breathe away! thank you benvenuto, franco and carmine for making our trip spectacular!

Our driver Stephenie was great. Traffic was a bit backed up on the way to the airport in Naples, but we arrived in plenty of time since Stephenie picked us up a little earlier at our hotel.

We used Benvenuto Limos to transport our group of 6 back and forth from the train station to Praiano. We also used Benvenuto to take us to Pompeii for the day. Our driver Umberto spoke English very well and was extremely accommodating. He suggested, and then set up a guide for us in Pompeii. We originally thought that we did not need a guide, but we were so grateful that he suggested this, as we would have missed out on so much!
Umberto also suggested a local restaurantand it was the best meal and experience of our entire trip!
At the end of our stay, we felt like Umberto was our friend and family member! Benvenuto Limos really cares about their customers. I would highly recommend their service and plan on using them the next time we go to Italy!!

Recently my husband and I were in Sorrento. I had arranged for a car and driver prior to leaving home. I must say the driver was very prompt in picking us up at our hotel. Our driver was Guiseppe. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. He stopped for picture taking along the coast in Positano and Amalfi. He also recommended a trip to Ravello and Scala which we were very pleased with. He made our day perfect and my husband and I feel this was one of the best days of our trip. I know that when I need transportation again, I will for sure contact your company. Guiseppe is a great example of your company and we just loved him.

I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we had with Fulvio on Sunday for our Amalfi Coast tour. He was so personable and knowledgeable of the area and we all learned so much about the history of the Amalfi Coast. He was great about stopping many times to allow us to take photos of the beautiful coastline and towns and putting up with our shopping for ceramics and other items. Our lunch at the family restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean was sensational and we even had the opportunity to photo "Mama" in the kitchen!

Our guide at Pompeii also was excellent and taught us a great deal. I have wanted to see that city since I was a young girl and I was so happy to finally have the opportunity to do so. Fulvio was correct in the having a guide take us through was so much better than walking through by ourselves as we would not have learned nearly as much on our own. Thank you for arranging that at the last minute.

I will not hesitate to recommend Benvenuto Limos for anyone travelling to Italy. The information your guides provided were some of the highlights of our trip that will long be remembered.

Kudos for Benvenuto’s! How fortunate we were to have Benvenuto for our personal tour. Your tour guides gave us a flavor of Italy and Italians. They handed out a sense of Italy's intense feelings of warmth, large heartedness and friendliness. This letter is to pay compliments and warm approval for your drivers (Stephanie, Fulvio, Alessandro and Lorenzo). They were superb in relating points of interest. However, we felt Stephanie was exceptionally good. She surpassed all others in her delivery. She is tip-top. Stephanie's manners and address were of a high style. She made us aware of the Italians gift for the true meaning of life. To "seize the day" sends forth an appreciation of the deepness and profoundness of the spirit of ones existence. I wanted to let you know how satisfied we were with our tour and our driver. Our drivers name was Roberto. Our tour took place on Thursday 9/16. Roberto picked us (myself and my sister) up at the port of Civitavecchia. He was prompt, courteous and a wonderful driver to spend the day with. The vehicle was very comfortable and spotless. He took us directly to the Vatican where we met our Vatican guide, Stephania. She was amazingly knowledgeable and a wonderful guide. We spent our time with her and Roberto picked us up and dropped us off at a great place for lunch. After lunch, he took us to all the other attractions we were hoping to see while in Rome. It has become obvious that we could have spent many more days in your city. There is so much to see, that one day does not do it justice.

I will admit, I was concerned with the cost of the tour at first. But after spending the day with Roberto and Stephania...it was well worth it. I would recommend their services to anyone wanting to spend quality time in a destination!!

I am writing to say that we have used your company in 2005 & 2010, for day excursions from a cruise ship. Both times we were very pleased with the service and how pleasant both drivers were. Our latest driver was Mimo and he was a lot of fun and very informative. Both times the drivers were waiting for us and made sure we were back on board before our assigned time.

I would recommend this service for cruise ship travellers, especially if you have at least 3 couples, you can travel in your own van not a big bus, always waiting on someone. You can design your own itinerary and take as much or as little time as the group wants at each site. The drivers are very informative as you are driving and answer the questions as we go along, I don’t think you could do that on a large bus.

Giovanni, I wanted to thank you for sending us the most competent driver for our tour of the Amalfi coast this past Thursday. Stefano provided us with the most wonderful day on the Amalfi Coast, and he was professional, attentive and a very excellent driver. We were in Ravello when the terrible rains and floods occurred, and his ability to remain calm put us at ease. His first concern was for our safety, and we greatly appreciated it. On behalf of my entire family thank you very much for the lovely tour in Genoa. Johnny was a most excellent tour guide. He was very informative, gracious and a very safe driver. The very unique drive along the docks that included a glimpse into the makings of a cruise ship, a peek at the former Pacific Princess and a Spanish Galleon used in the Pirates movies was very special. He kept us ahead of inclimate weather which contributed to our wonderful day. We saw many beautiful sites and he pointed out historical buildings including Christopher Columbus's home. We had a very special lunch in Portofino and had time for shopping.

Our trip was wonderful. The best transfers and excursions were the ones you provided. From the minute we arrived in Venice and were delayed over 2 hours, your driver was there to greet us and take us to our ship immediately with our numerous bags of luggage.

Your drivers are very knowledgeable, informative, obliging, friendly, and courteous. Our favorite driver was Umberto, who took us along the Amalfi Drive. We also enjoyed driving around Capri in the convertible. He was also a terrific guide. He took us to wonderful restaurants for lunch with authentic cuisine from the various regions.

Taormina, Sicily – Driver and guide, Antonio, was very knowledgeable and accommodated our needs. His English was very good and took us to some interesting locations, e.g., olive oil tasting, wine tasting and lunch! He exceeded our expectations as a driver and guide.
Rome – Book: Benvenuto Rome Tour, Vatican: Driver, Luigi, was good. The tour guide, Sabrina, was good, and she suggested an earlier time frame would have made it easier to see all of St Peters. We think that she had a good point.

I would like to thank your company, Benvenuto Chauffeur Services, very much for the excellent and professional services you provided us. We had Walter collect us from Nice and drive us to Lucca. He had already driven to Nice that morning (Approx 4 hr drive) and was ready to drive us at the appointed time. He was professional, informative and friendly. We also used your services from Praiano to Naples and again we had a very courteous and friendly driver.
