Giovanni and Fabrizio made our stops in Rome and Naples the highlights of a 12 day cruise in May of 2005. We were treated to two amazing days where we saw more than we thought possible. We got to see far and away more in these two tours than anyone else who chose to go with the standard ships tours. Both guides were funny and informative and made for the best memories we have of an already incredible vacation.

Good Morning Giovanni!

What can I say - but many, many thanks to you for providing us with such wonderful drivers and tour guides. It made our vacation very special - it was anyway since we were celebrating 50 years of marriage. The Batas were celebrating 20 years!!

Max was a great guy - we enjoyed his humour and he was very well informed of the areas and shared it with us.

Lucca was also very enjoyable. Our daughters and granddaughter really did have a good time with him. He asked to rearrange our Rome tour a little to the way he normally did it and showed us a couple of places that I had not seen when we were there before so that was really nice. One place was the over view of Rome - we had such wonderful weather the whole time we were in Italy.

And Alberto - guess all of the single women fall for him! He certainly is a good looking guy! We enjoyed meeting your father and he has a lot of humour too.

Guess my favourite was the Amalfi Coast - it is just awesome!!! Alberto pointed out your place - want to trade place for a couple of weeks - you could come to the mountains of North Carolina!!! Not that you don't have them too!

Again, Giovanni - many thanks for your part in making our trip such an enjoyable one.

You are the greatest - and your staff - my hat is off to them!

We personally like to thank Giovanni for the outstanding service he provided in Naples. My husband and I are both Italian and have visited Italy several times. On this trip we were accompanied by friends who had never been to Italy. We wanted to find a chauffeur service that would guide us in Naples and Florence so we went on the internet and found Benvenutos. We were impressed with the website and felt very comfortable with their policies; we looked at the guestbook entries and were able to talk by phone with a couple who lives in our area. They highly recommended Benvenutos so we decided to book them. Giovanni was an outstanding guide and a true Italian gentleman! He treated us like family! Giovanni also recommended Max in Florence. Max was also most pleasurable, very warm and a true gentleman. We felt very safe and comfortable and we are looking forward to our next trip to Italy. I am finally back in Australia after 2 months in Europe. I spent 4 weeks in France, 2 in Italy and 2 in England. Of all these days, the one I spent with my sister and brother in law and the amazing Umberto on the Amalfi coast was undoubtedly the best!

I would like to especially thank Umberto and his wife for their hospitality. Umberto was the perfect tour guide, chauffeur and gentleman. Without his knowledge of the area and in particular his wonderful "back way from Sorrento to Naples" I know we would never have made our plane on time. The way he by-passed traffic jams, accidents and even fires (!) was nothing short of miraculous.

Ravello, Amalfi, Positano, and Sorrento were all truly beautiful places, and the weather was perfect, but what made the day so special for us was Umberto's charm, driving ability and navigational skill.

Thanking you for a truly fantastic experience - I will be sure to recommend your tours to everybody I know going to Italy.

I wanted to let you know how much my sister and I appreciated and enjoyed being driven by your lovely parents. Your Dad is a perfect gentleman and funny and your Mom was very nice, we had a short but nice chat on our way to the airport.

Benvenuto Limos provided us with a magical day on June 28, 2005. Angelo picked us up at our hotel and took us to Celano which is 80 miles east of Rome. My granderfather was born in this town in 1893. We visited the town , saw the castle, churches, and had a great lunch at a local restaurant. Ristorante

I am sorry I am delayed in saying a thank you for looking after the Stowes. I just saw them Saturday night for the first time after their trip and they told me all the problems with their train trip down to Napoli due to the WWII bomb that was located which caused delays. I understand that you or your driver arrived at the train station as arranged and that you made a 2nd trip back to accommodate the delay. Thank you so much for looking after my clients so well. They had trouble making the phone call to advise you of the delay so, unfortunately, this may have caused the 2nd trip & I appreciate the extra care & attention that you gave them.

My clients also really enjoyed the guided tour in Pompeii that you suggested that they take on the way to Amalfi. It was a fantastic suggestion as it saved them having to make their way back & saving them a full day to appreciate the other sights that the Amalfi Coast has to offer.

As a Travel Planner it is imperative that I have contacts that I can rely on that I know will provide exceptional service to my clients. I will definitely be using you for all my clients going to the Amalfi Coast. The Stowes were very happy with all the arrangements I made for them & said that I made their trip a very enjoyable & easy vacation & I could not have done this without your company. I was already impressed with the professionalism that I had experienced in booking the two groups that I have booked through you and you did not let me down!!!

I don't know you remember us, but we were 3 middle-aged women from Canada who missed out train stop in Naples to meet you at the pre-arranged time and after many cell phone calls from you, we met in Pompeii instead after our Pompeiian guide "Gino" picked us up at the train station.
