we just returned from sorrento and the amalfi coast . we were 11 people and used giovanni and his drivers for all our transportation and sightseeing. giovanni and all his drivers made our trip easier and mor enjoyable. they were courteous and professional and were knowledable about the area and excellent drivers. the equipment they used was impeccable. i can highly recommend giovanni and his service.

Dear Giovanni,
We have just got back from our cruise on the Costa Magica and I felt I had to write to tell you that the highlight of the holiday was the day we spent with Remo. He picked us up from Civitivecchia port and took us to some beautiful places outside Rome. We immediately took a liking to him as he was so friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable! He was also very entertaining as he surprised us by playing the accordian to us!
The restaurant he took us to in Castel Gandolfo was excellent.
The whole day was extremely enjoyable, right up to the last minute, when Remo escorted us right up to the gangway of the ship, playing his accordian!
We shall never forget that day, and for sure the next time we visit Italy we will use your services once again, and we will recommend them to our friends.

Sorry it's taken such a long time for me to write to you. Got back to work and was soooooo very busy.

I just wanted to thank you again for taking such good care of me and my friends on our recent trip to Italy during our cruise.

We thoroughly enjoyed you, Fabrizio and Guido. Even though we were in each city for such a limited time, we appreciated how you and your guys made the most of it each of the 3 Italian ports and showed us so much in the time we had. Although we did miss out on Sorrento! (just kidding).

I'll definitely recommend you to any friends I have visiting Italy.

You were our guide on the Amalfi coast and we had a wonderful time. To remind you, Mary and you talked about your dogs and you said you have a picture of your dog riding your scooter and you would send a photo of it!

We had a great time laughing and you brought us back to the Galaxy. It was so much fun talking to you and listening to your jokes.

We have just returned form Rome.

I would like to congratulate you on the excellent service we received on both the pick up at the airport and the pickup at the Hotel. Both were excellent ( Despite the flight arriving early the driver was waiting for us) and we were even given an explanation when we passed any important church or site when coming into Rome.

Also the pick up at the hotel was very precise and on time it seemed like he had waited around the corner for the correct time.

Once again well done for the service and we will certainly use you again.

Thanks for the wonderful experience with your service. Rocco was so awesome!!! He was amazing manoeuvring all the curves on the Amalfi area. We enjoyed oops sent it without finishing. Rocco was soooooooo nice and we really enjoyed riding with him even though I think we snoozed several times. Ha!!! Thanks so much!!!

I wanted to take this time to personally thank you from one of the Jersey Girls for the wonderful tour of Pompeii (with Francesco), Positano and Amalfi. It was by far one of my favorite stops along our journey and more than I could ever have imagined as far as beauty. I truly enjoyed your flare for showing us the most breathtaking views, especially your hometown of Amalfi. It's already been decided that we'll be returning. I would HIGHLY recommend your tour company to others.

Also, Daniel, our guide through our booking tour with you to Tuscany, was just marvelous!! A perfect way to end a most spectacular vacation.

Dear Giovanni,

I apologize for taking so long to contact you after our trip to Italy, but I finally have the kids back in school, and a moment to myself.

Thank you so much for all of your preparation and organization in meeting our transportation needs. I cannot tell you how nervous I was, travelling with my mom and daughter alone.
Sheer panic set in the night before we left. You however, did not disappoint!!! Every driver, every tour guide, your father, was amazing. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the service I received. I cannot imagine getting around in Italy any other way. My only disappointment was that we did not get to spend any time with you, one quick glance on the streets of Positano was not enough... And by the way, it's just an added bonus that all of our drivers were adorable, my husband said he should have been more concerned after we shared our photos. Because you must know we were hugging all of them. I'm being silly, but honestly, thank you is not enough to tell you how much your work was appreciated.
Ciao for now. I look forward to returning, and next time will have to make sure you have some time to drive us personally. Tell Nino hello, and his mamma, because we know he's still living with her. Thank you for sending us Lucca! He was a wonderful tour guide! Our tour of Rome was great! The transportation from Civitavechia port to FCO airport was great. The whole 11 members of the family were worried that we won't make our early flight because of the HORRIBLE traffic out on the port. We didn't know that you also do service in Livorno, Italy (we saw Lucca there picking up his clients), otherwise, we would of use your service there too.
Again, thank you for your wonderful service(s) & please tell Lucca that we'll never forget him - for taking care of us!
