I can't say enough good things about the Benvenuto service. Six of us traveled together and we used the service four times. Because we were based is Praiano we got to meet several of the family members. We were treated like family! If you need to arrange tours or transfers you must use the Benvenuto service. It is the best!

We use Benvenuto during our two week trip to Italy. The drivers provided GREAT service and were always on time. We had one driver for two different tours and his name was Guiseppi and he was excellent. I would highly recommend this driver service.

We truly enjoyed our tour of the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and our wonderful driver, Saverio Fiorentino was absolutely the best. He was waiting for us at the train station in Naples, well grooomed, very professional and courteous and welcoming. He assisted the 6 of us with bags and gave us a wonderful history lesson and tour from Naples through the entire Amalfi Coast and towns. He returned for us in two days and drove us back to Naples train station with a stop over for a guided tour of Pompeii which was indeed a highlight of the tour. Savio was such a great driver, always careful and safe in his driving making us very comfortable. He was concerned for our safety at all times and when he returned us to the Naples train station, he again assisted us with bags and waited with us until we boarded the train. He always answered questions, provided excellent information about the area and had a wonderful sense of humor. The Mercedes van was comfortable for all 6 of us and visibility was superb. Thank you for such fantastic service and for providing such a professional and wonderful driver and guide.

When I first started emailing you about our upcoming trip to Italy, I was very nervous about doing all the transfer and excursion planning ourselves. Every other time we've traveled to Europe, we've gone with a tour group so we've had no previous experience doing this on our own.

You made it so easy! You made it (literally) trouble free! When we arrived in Rome, our driver was on time, meticulously dressed, and made us feel very very welcome in your beautiful country. Our stop in Pompeii (on our way to Sorrento) was handled very professionally with our own tour guide waiting for us!

There were so many legs and facets to our 11 day trip to Capri, Positano, and Rome that I felt sure there would be a glitch somewhere along the way. There were none! Our drivers and guides were punctual, well dressed, and extremely knowledgeable. How silly we were to worry!

Additionally, we appreciated both the flexibility and the suggestions about which trips made sense to combine to provide both a full and reasonable sight-seeing experience! Helping us to navigate the transit systems for the ferry boats and hydrofoils was also invaluable.

Your cost effectiveness in helping us to think about the best way to utilize your services in addition to others that were available in the country were both professional and appropriate.

We certainly plan to use Benvenuto Limo services the next time we visit Italy!

Just returned from a Mediterranean cruise and stay in Rome. We used this company for airport pick-up, transfers to cruise port and tours in Sicily, Naples (Paestum/Herculeneum) , Livorno (Tuscan hilltowns) and a post-cruise trip to Tivoli. I can't say enough good things. As opposed to using the shore excursions through the ship, our group was able to have personal tours that allowed us to determine our day. The guides were helpful, funny, and always on time and the drivers did an amazing job winding through the tight roads and white-knuckle hills. One of the highlights of everyone's trip was the stop in Savoca, a tiny Sicilian town where part of the Godfather was filmed. This was suggested by Giovanni and it was a HUGE hit. The difference between these tours and the ones offered through the ship are monumental (in price and value.) Finally, I would like to mention that after fighting horrible Friday traffic to get us from the cruise dock, to Tivoli, and then to our hotel in Rome- our driver, turned around a came all the way back into the city to deliver a child's diabetic kit that had fallen out of her mom's tote bag. This was so appreciated and it was done without complaint. We can't speak highly enough about Benvenuto limos and would definitely use them again. Grazie!!!

Our transfer with Benvenuto from Naples to Praiano and then later back to Naples again could not have been better thanks to Umberto and his patience. We had some frieghtning drives, while in Naples, so we worried about coastal driving - would our party of 4 adults and 3 children survive? Umberto, the perfect gentleman, drove us quite comfortably, in his meticulus van, while he described (in English) all sorts of interesting facts about his most beautiful country.
Umberto, you are the best and I would highly reccmmend you to anyone traveling in the area!!!

My friend and I cannot begin to express to you our thanks for the wonderful excursions you took us on along the Amalfi Coast, Naples and the ruins at Herculaneum! Your dad, Umberto, was such a fine gentleman and so knowledgeable. He made our trips so simple - we didn't have to worry about any details. (Two years ago, two friends and I visited Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast area. Our travel agent was not too familiar with Italy - most of his trips are to Ireland and England. He hired a driver and car for us for three days - and the driver didn't speak any English! We enjoyed seeing everything but didn't learn much about the areas we were visiting. I have given your name to this agent in the event he sends anyone else to Italy and he said he'd certainly use you if he did.) Needless to say, your excursions were much more enjoyable!!! Your Dad was just great. The guide you arranged for us in Herculaneum (Patricia) was excellent.

On a personal note, I very much appreciated the effort you went to to get the owner of the particular Ceramic factory and showroom I had visited on my previous trip to meet us and let me buy some plates. Since he was closed for remodeling and I particularly wanted to visit this studio, I was thrilled.

I do hope we can make another trip to your wonderful country in another year or so. I was glad Umberto took us by your home to meet you. You have a wonderful home and you must love the view of the bay. I'm such a dog lover that I enjoyed meeting that gorgeous Doberman and the tricks Umberto had him perform for us.

I have rambled on much too long, but you must know that you made our trip so very special and I do hope I'll see you and your Dad again one day before too long.

We were so happy with the service Benvenuto provided. Everything from the transfer service from the Napoli Airport to Sorrento to our excursions of Pompeii / Avellino and the tour of Naples was great. Saverio and Carlos were the consumate professionals yet were funny, engaging and made sure eveything was just so. Their restuarant picks were always right on. I will recommend your company to my friends and would definitely use your service again.

We had the good fortune to have booked Benvenuto for our travel on the Sorrento penisular. Saverio (Mama Mia) met us at the Naples train station at 12:40 and took us to Pompeii (where we spent 2 hours with a very professional guide) and then he took us to a quiet hotel on the Bay of Naples coast at Castellammare di Stabia.
Giuseppe arrived at 9 the next morning to escort us on a day tour of the Amalfi coast. At my request, he outlined our day and then pointed out several things that we might see if we had an interest. He also made advance lunch reservations in Ravello at the best table in the restaurant. (A side note - I left my camera in the car when we went into the restaurant, went back up the stairs to get it but the car was gone. About 5 minutes later, Giuseppe walked up to our table with the camera.) The day was marvellous...beautiful scenery and lots of information about the area.
The weekend was wonderful...made exceptionally so by the professional, informative service provided by Benvenuto.
P.S. We also got a pleasant suprise when we briefly met Umberto Benvenuto at Pompeii. And thank you Giovanni for making all the arrangements for us.

Four of us had the pleasure of taking the Positano/Amalfi/Ravello excursion. Umberto picked us up in Sorrento. We found him to be very knowledgable of the area and quite a gentleman. He was flexible in where we could go first and what our priorities were. He took us to a wonderful restaurant in Ravello and made an extra stop at a ceramics shop when my wife inquired about it This tour was the highlight of our trip to Italy. We will call on Benvenuto again when we return.

After arriving to Naples tired and jet-lagged, seeing our driver Giovanni was wonderful. We were unsure where to go and Giovanni was there waiting for us. He helped us with our luggage, led us out of the terminal, and we were quickly on our way to the beautiful Amalfi Coast. Kind enough to share tidbits of information about the coast along the way, Giovanni was an absolute delight. He was very friendly to two very tired travelers! On our last day of the trip, we were delighted to see the same driver - Giovanni - at our hotel picking us up. He met us with a great big smile and took us on a different route back to the airport so that we may see more of the coast. I cannot thank Giovanni and Benvenuto Limos enough for their excellent service. We highly recommend them to other travelers visiting the Amalfi Coast! We hope to visit there again and would definitely use Benevenuto's car service for that trip as well.
