Our group of four just returned from the trip of a lifetime - much of it thanks to your superb company! We were on a cruise and booked a car and driver in Florence, Rome, and Naples. David, our driver in Florence, kept us entertained with his easygoing personality and humor. He made us feel at home and as if he was part of our family. He insured our support for Italy in the World Cup! Alex, in Rome, was also a great guy. He told us Roman myths and other background information. He had us singing all the way back to the ship. Guiseppe, who took us along the beautiful Amalfi Coast, was a true gentleman. He made us feel at home in your beautiful home. All three were open to whatever we asked to see, and offered suggestions of what sights and experiences would make our visit the best it could be. They knew their way around so well, we were able to make the most of our limited time in each city. These three stops on our cruise were definitely the high points due to the amount of sights we were able to see thanks to your expert drivers. We felt welcome and relaxed, as if we were family. A special note that Alex had to navigate Rome during the taxi strike! Be assured all our friends will hear about your great company! We can't wait for our next opportunity to see you all again.

We used Benvenuto for three days in Naples Rome and Florance for 8. It is the only way to see the cities from a cruise ship. Our drivers were well versed in there cities. If you go to Naples request Saverio, great person with passion for his home and his clients. Peppe in Rome knows the city and has conections to help make your day great. Max in florance is full of life and layed back and was what we needed. They all speak highly of Giovanni as do I. Without his help our trip would not have been anywhere as nice. I am looking into using Benvnuto for a trip to see more of Italy. You can't go wrong using this company and there great drivers. The Lantz Family

Benvenuto all the way!!! From the moment we stepped into the Rome Airport, through a tour of the Vatican down to Sorrento, throught the Almafi coast, SAVERIO-FIORENTINO was the epitome of professionalism, courtesy and knowledge. We had taken a cruise from Rome to Nice and had not arranged a transfers in Nice. Last minute, Giovanni arranged to have a driver take us for a tour through Nice and transfer to the Airport for our departure. Well, Laurent Gabella took us on anther perfect trip. Saverio taught us the Italian words that can explain our satisfaction, CIAO BELLA!!

We used Benevenuto's services twice when we were in Rome in May. A family of 5 adults, we were traveling with a lot of luggage and very little time to spare. I checked a number of limo services on the internet. I used this service for 3 reasons. First, their rates were the most reasonable relative to other services. Second, I received surprisingly swift responses to my e-mails answering all my questions. Third, the booking and confirmation processes were easy. Our flight was late arriving in Rome, but our driver was still waiting. He was polite, efficient, and spoke good English and handled our baggage with little effort. We used the same service from our hotel to our cruise ship 2 days later with the same friendly, efficient service. I would use this service again and would recommend it to anyone who asked.

We arranged for Benvenuto Limos to pick us up at Napoli Centrale Station, alas we missed our stop and went onto Serlona. We rang the company and they said not to worry they would meet us at Serlona. Driver arrived with big smile. Took us to our destination. Car was very clean- Driver spoke good English (this being a plus to us as we did not speak Italian) I would recommend this company to anyone who expect the best - They were GREAT>

Five family members and I just got back from a 7 day cruise on tthe Voyager of the Seas from Barcelona. There were several excersion packages available with the cruise, but we did not want to use the bus tours. My neice had used Benvenuto services before, and said I would really find the service and the guides to be great. We booked Benvenuto's Rome package with a private tour of the Vatican on June 28th. Roberto, our driver was perfect. Luka our private guide in the Vatacin was the best money we spent on the whole trip. He got us past long lines and explained everything so well. His Harvard education and passion for the arts made it perfect. You will be especially glad if he is your guide. We also booked their Almafi Coast tour from Naples. Lorenzo was our guide. He was such a kind and informative driver. Giovanni was sick that day and was kind enough to personally call me and say he was sorry he could not be our guide. This was so kind and unexpected. We saved so much money going with Benvenuto and saw so much more than the other people on the ship. My suggestion is if you can afford the cruise, you can afford to spend your money on Benvenuto. It will make your trip. My family will use them again and I will tell all my friends to book through Benvenuto excersions. Thank you Giovanni. Roberto, Lorenzo, and Luka for the best trip ever! Excellent service from the moment we arrived into Napoli Airport to the moment we left. The road to and around Positano is not for the faint hearted but Benvenuto certainly proved to be worth every euro. I even recommended them to my Mother in Law!!

I couldn't speak too highly about our day using your service. Gino in Pompeii, and Antonella driving us from Naples through the Amalfi Coast, was like spending a day with long time friends. By the way, they were like friends who are very well-informated, accommodating and non-intrusive. I had considerable trepidation about the expense committed to a company unknown to me except through Rick Steves travel books. His recommendation turned out to be extremely well-founded. We will be recommending you to everyone we know going to your area and hope to use you again. We saw so much more in a day than we could ever have done on our own in several days. What a wonderful experience traveling with Giovanni, Umberto and Alessandro from Rome to Sorrento via Pompeii; Sorrento to Amalfi, Positano and Ravello and then Sorrento back to Rome. Everyone was prompt, courteous, and truly helped make our trip to Italy such a memorable one! They were all so knowledgeable and just a pleasure to be with. We will definitely use your services when we return to Italy.
