My friends and I cruised the Meditteranean from July 1 to July 13, 2006. We had wonderful guides in most of the cities we visited in Italy. Rome, Pompeii, Amalfi, Sorrento, Florence, Pisa ,Milan and fabulous Positano were most enjoyable because of the knowledgeable tour guides who accompanied us. We would not try any other limousine service on our next trip to Italy. Giovanni and I communicated from March until June. He answered many questions that I had regarding our excursions. He offered suggestions that I took and was extremely satisfied with. We are anxious to see many other sights as well, and we are sure that we will be pleased wherever we go in that beautiful country on our next trip. We want to visit Montella, Avelino, and Abruzzi as well as revisit Positano. These are the towns where our ancestors were born. We will be anxious to use Benvenuto chauffeur services again. The guides were phenomenal. The cars were absolutely beautiful and comfortable. There were no problems, and it made our time in Italy worthwhile. We are very pleased to recommend Benvenuto to anyone who wishes to have a magnificent time touring the lovely towns of Italy. There is no other way to go as far as we are concerned. Excellent service from beginning to end. I received same day responses to my e-mail requests with great suggestions for our itinerary. Because of time constraints, we were only able to travel directly from Florence to Rome. Our driver met us at our hotel on time, (only private driver to do so) impeccably dressed, & loaded our luggage into a spotless air-conditioned van. He spoke excellent English & we had great conversation as we traveled through the beautiful countryside. We would gladly recommend Benvenuto Services & will definitely use them on our next trip to Italy. Ciao

We were met at Fumincino by the driver, Ivano Esposito, who took us to the places in Rome which we had not been able to see on prior trips. He was very charming, knowledgeable and accomodating, showing us additional sites of Rome which we didn't know existed!
Another day we rented a car to go to the Port of Civitavecchia to embark upon a cruise. Our driver whisked us to the Port, and helped us to find a local shop where we needed to make a purchase before boarding.
We could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Benvenuto drivers!

We were a famiy of 18. After experiencing prior cruise excurisions, we wanted more flexibility. We booked
several tours from Livorno and Naples. We went where we wanted, stayed as long as we wanted,and no sales stops. We saved over $2500 from the cruise costs.
The drivers were prompt and Guides excellentand they did it with the time alloteded.
This is the only way i would cruise.

Benvenuto exceeded our expectations in every way. the cars are spotless, the drivers are prompt, friendly and courteous,and their knowledge of all the places we saw was very impressive. we used benevenuto 5 times on a recent two week trip and i could not have been happier with their service. and for those on a cruise ship, as we were, the prices charged by benevenuto were way lower, in some cases by 60% , than the cruise's excursion prices

Benvenuto is fantastic. We read many wonderful things about their service and expertise before finding out for ourselves. I would recommend their services for anyone. We used Benvenuto instead of a ship's tour and boy are we glad. We got into sites that we never would have reached on a ship's tour. Our driver, Octavio, got us right to the door and picked us up there again at the right time. We definitely maximized our time in Rome. Octavio was very informative and gave us the historical perspective of Rome and all of the fantastic sites. We requested that he take us to a great restaurant for lunch and as you might guess, was exquisit. After a full nine hours of running around Rome we were not even tired. The people that took the ship's tour were really dragging and very tired. Thanks Benvenuto and see you next time.

We found the interpreters and drivers from Benvenuto made our trips to both Naples and Rome even more memorable because of their knowledge, pleasant personalities, and communications skills. We had booked these excursions on-line and had no idea of what to expect. We found that both excursions were excellent and well worth the money. They met us at the ports and allowed us to see what we wanted to see at our own pace. They also had excellent ideas as to the order of viewing the sites to reduce the amount of time we had to spend in line. Our interpreters Anna and Paulo made our trips even more special with their commentaries. We had a group of ten family members, ranging in ages from 17 to 60, and everyone enjoyed talking with the interpreters. They had the ability to communicate with any age group and answer everyone's questions. We would highly recommend this service to anyone traveling in Italy!

This was our first trip to Europe and our first experience travelling to a country where English was not the native language. Needless to say, my wife and I were both a bit nervous and excited about the trip.

Picking a company online and half a world away was also a new experience. Given all the horror stories you hear, we did our best to research the various companies and Benvenuto's references and testimonials consistently came back positive.

We used Benvenuto twice during our stay in Italy. Our driver was on-time, professionally dressed and very helpful with our luggage. He was very friendly, polite and spoke English well. We felt the charges for the services provided were a great value.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING THE WORRY OUT OF OUT TRIP. I FOUND YOU ONLY ONE DAY BEFORE WE LEFT FOR OUR CRUISE, AND EVERYTHING STILL WENT PURFECT. THE 6 OF US DID NOT WANT TO TAKE THE TOURS FROM THE SHIP. WE WANTED A MORE PERSONAL TOUR, BUT WERE WORRIED ABOUT BOOKING ONE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. BUT IT WAS GREAT. OUR GUIDE, MANNIE, IN ROME WAS SO PLEASANT. INSTEAD OF WAITING IN A 3 HOUR LINE, HE TOOK US TO THE FRONT TO MEET OUR PRIVATE GUIDE AT THE VATICAN. THAT ALONE WAS WORTH THE PRICE WE PAID. OUR GUIDE FOR THE AMALFIE COAST WAS ALSO GREAT. BOTH WERE GREAT DRIVERS AND VERY INFORMATIVE. AND THE PRICE WAS NO MORE THAN WE WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY FROM THE CRUISE LINE. Benvenuto's services were fabulous! Jeff and I both agreed that deciding to go with Benvenuto was one of the best decisions we made in planning our honeymoon. His assistance with our luggage and his driving skills were excellent (he is obviously a professional).

Our visit to Positano was made into an enjoyable memory based on a large part to Giuseppe (a beautiful restaurant that he recommended, our trip along the Amalfi coast and over the mountains to and from Pompeii and back to Positano).

Our driver was very friendly and efficient. He kindly pointed out several features of interest on the journey from Naples airport to Sorrento. We arrived at the door of our hotel in good time. Highly recommended.

I spent a lot of time researching touring companies to give us a private tour of Rome. I chose Benvenuto because of their amazingly prompt responses to my inquiries (within hours vs. many days from the other companies), and their complete flexibility and reasonable pricing. We took a 7-day cruise to Italy, and by far, our day trip to Rome with Benvenuto was the highlight of our trip. Our guide, Ottavio, was FANTASTIC and took care of us as if we were his family. It was absolutely the best day, and we all fell in love with Rome. I have told so many friends about Benvenuto because of the outstanding service. When we return to Italy, I know exactly who I'll be hiring to give us the Royal Treatment!

8 of us enjoyed a wonderful 1/2 tour of Rome with Peppe. It was our last morning before we had to meet our cruise ship, and at the end of the tour he drove us to Civitavecchia right on schedule. He was so informative and kept a running commentary going the entire time we were en route to each attraction.

Our transfers were perfect, including the ride from Naples station to Pompeii, Pompeii to Positano, and Positano back to Naples. The drivers spoke English, were courteous, and were always on time, and served as excellent tour guides along the way as well. Your service made this part of our honeymoon stress-free and enjoyable.

We are home in Canada from a trip of a lifetime! We arrived in Naples and our driver Lorenzo was truly amazing. He was not only professional, he was personable. One highlight of our holiday will always be the day we spent with Lorenzo. From our first meeting with him at the port of Naples,through the coffee shop in Vico Equense, to our amazing lunch in Sorrento, to the views of Positano, till the last moment we said our good bye, was the most memorable day. He had the nicest and safest and most comfortable van on the streets of the Amalfi Coast. He was english speaking and very informative. More than I ever expected. His expert driving was the safest I felt on the roads in Italy. Next time I will tour only with Lorenzo!! Thank you for our wonderful day!

My wife and I used Benvenuto during our trip through Italy in early July 2006. The service was impecable, the drivers, we used three in total, were extremely professional, and acted like tour guides as they drove us through various parts of Sorrento, Positano and the Amalfi coast.
