Giusy service was excellent and timely. The driver picked us up at exactly 4:30 a.m. as scheduled. If we return to Positano we will use Benvenuto again - without question.

The suggestion to visit Pompeii on our way to Priano was a wonderful idea. Otherwise, we would not have been able to see such a great historical monument. Our driver, Roberto was fun and knowledgeable and a great driver on the Amalfi Coast!

I would just like to say that we hired the chauffeur service from Benvenuto to take us from Naples airport to Sorrento as we had never been there before and thought it would be handier. I would like to tell you that the driver was punctual, polite and also very amusing and informative on our one hour drive to Sorrento and I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone!

I wanted to share with others how wonderful your service is. Recently, while on a cruise, my family and I used your service in Livorno and Napoli. David in Livorno and Guiseppe in Napoli were absolutely wonderful. They were polite, drove very well, spoke very good English, were excited to share their knowledge of the area, took us to excellent restaurants for lunch and above all, made our day with them very memorable.

Thank you so much for Cinzia on our tour of Florence on 9/15/06. We were a group of 9 and we enjoyed her so much! We were on a Carnival Cruise and this was our last port of call. She was very knowledgable and a real delight as she spoke such good English and she understood us when we asked her questions. Friends and I just returned from a 10-day Mediterranean cruise, from Athens to Barcelona. We explored each port of call differently - on our own, through the ship's shore excursion program and negotiating with a taxi driver upon arrival in port. By far, the BEST sightseeing experience we had on the entire cruise was the tour we booked with Benvenuto - to Pompeii, Sorrento and Positano. Our group of 16 was divided between 2 minivans - with Joseph and Savi as our driver/guides. They were both professional, knowledgeable, funny and helpful. The vehicles were clean and in excellent condition.

All in all, from start to finish, it was a delightful day.

Before we left home, I found the on-line booking process to be fast and efficient, with all questions and loose ends addressed promptly. Late changes to our group size were likewise handled without any problems.

I should also add that our tour with Benvenuto cost about US$110 per person; the ship charged $345 for the same excursion!

We returned this week from our cruise in the Mediterranean and I wanted to thank you very much for the professionalism and courtesy your company extended us for our tour in Rome. We originally scheduled a car for four people. During our cruise we met another couple and asked them if they would like to join us if we were able to arrange it. Your company was extremely accommodating and graciously provided a 7-passenger van so that we were able to invite our new friends. After the tour, our new friends were so happy they had cancelled the ship’s shore excursion and joined us!



We could not have asked for a better driver than Ottavio. He was extremely professional and provided a wealth of information to us during the tour. He knew all the ins and outs of Rome. Even though this was my third trip to Rome, he showed us sites I had never seen! Ottavio suggested a small trattoria frequented by locals for lunch. The food and service were extraordinary! He did not make us feel rushed even though we had only a few hours in Rome because we had to drive back to Civitavecchia. We saw everything we wanted to see and more.



We have nothing but praise for Benvenuto Limos and Ottavio. The only complaint we had was that we wanted more time with him and Rome! Our friends from San Diego have already referred friends to Benvenuto for their trip to Italy. We utilized other tour companies in a couple of ports, but there was absolutely no comparison to Benvenuto. We will definitely utilize your company’s services again when we return to Italy – next time in all the ports! We are sold on your company, your drivers and your services!

This was our first trip to Italy. We needed an experienced and professional driver to take us to a very small and remote town in the base of the Appennines. Our driver was polite and considerate and we will not hesitate to to use this service again. Thank you and, hopefully, we will back next year!

Our visit to Naples and Rome was enhanced by the excellent service your drivers Guiseppe and Carlo provided us. They knew exactly what we should see to gain the maximum enjoyment from our visit. From the views to the monuments to the shops and resturants everything was perfect. 10 of us traveled to Rome and were met at the airport by our driver,he made things very easy for us, espically since we were traveling just after the airports were put on heightened security. We will recommend Benvenuto to all of our other friends. Benvenuto answered my e-mail questions quickly and made it very easy for us to finalize our arrangements.

We had a wonderful tour of Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast with Guiseppe in August, 2006. Our cruise ship was a bit delayed getting docked in Naples, and it was a very busy day traffic wise because of the Italian holidays, but Guiseppe still managed to get us to everywhere we wanted to see. He was a wonderful host, and provided us with lots of great information about all the things we saw, including some great history. He recommended the best places to visit, including a great restaurant and a terrific Gelato place! We were travelling with two kids and his suggestion of the Emerald Grotto was a big hit with them. And we must mention his driving skills themselves on the Amalfi coast - we were so amazed by the scenery and the roads, and how well he was able to get us everywhere! Guiseppe ended the day showing us around the city of Naples before taking us back to the ship, so that we had an appreciation for the city as well.
Also, we should mention our tour of Pompeii, and Gino, the guide you had arranged for us. He was absolutely wonderful, and was especially good at taking us through the history of Pompeii with our two children.
We would definitely recommend your service to anyone looking for a great tour in Italy!

We hired a car for the day to tour the Amalfi coast during a cruise stop in Naples. We were able to customize our day in order to spend the most time in Positano. What a great little town. Our driver, Giuseppe, was beyond great! He stopped whenever we wanted and even setup our lunch in Rovello. It was the perfect day!!! We highly recommend Benvenuto. We just returned from a cruise a week ago. In each port we had a private tour arranged. Giovanni was our personal tour guide for our stop to Naples. This was by far our favorite stop. Thanks to Giovanni we felt like true Italians and not just tourists. He seemed to know everyone along the way. The restaurant we stopped at with him was amazing, the beach he brought us to was first- class. The shops we visited were great. He was kind and professional. Thanks to him we are making plans to return to the Almafi coast for our next trip in summer 2007! Advice to all you cruisers out there---book your tours independently and save money and gain quality and flexibility.
