Our family of four had a wonderful, whirlwind trip to the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii. Our driver was wonderful. He took us to a fabulous restaurant in Positano! This was a great way to see the beautiful towns along the Amalfi Coast in a short time period. One of the highlights of our trip!

My wife and I recently visited Rome, and we wanted to do a day trip along the Amalfi Coast. We took the train from Rome to Naples, where our driver (Saverio) met us. He then gave us a splendid day of sightseeing, with stops that included Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi. Saverio was informative, professional, courteous, funny, pleasant, and just about everything else you could ask of a driver. He also gave us a great suggestion for where we could have lunch. Lastly, Saverio made sure that we arrived back at the Naples train station in time for our return to Rome. I recommend Benvenuto without hesitation (ask for Saverio!).

In October, our party of 7 took a cruise to the Mediterranean. For all three of our stops in Italy, we used the services of Benvenuto. We had Max in Florence and Pisa, Fabrizio in Rome, and Giuseppe in Positano/Amalfi Coast. Each of these drivers was fabulous! They were extremely knowledgable and accomodating and helped make this an unforgettable vacation. After using Benvenuto, we are spoiled; so much better than the shore excursions offered by the cruise lines. During our visit, we also had private guides for the Vatican museum (Georgianna) and Pompeii (Francesco); these two were top-notch guides!

We plan on returning to Italy some day and we'll be calling Benvenuto. I can't say enough good things about their service. It says a lot for a chauffer to be able to take a group of 7, ranging in age from 10 to 73, and keep everyone happy for an entire day, but that's exactly what Benvenuto did! Thanks a million!

Our trip was wonderful and is one of the highlights of my life. Of course, all of our excursions with your company contributed to our experience. To recap, you took us on a tour of Pompeii and Amalfi coast, transferred us from our ship to hotel, took us on a tour of Rome, and then I went with your firm to find my relatives in Raiano.

First: Umberto did a fabulous job on our first excursion as did the independent guide at Pompeii. We were very impressed with the quality of our time in Pompeii as I know we saw much more than others we know who have gone there. Our guide spoke English very well and demonstrated a real interest in making our morning memorable. What can you say about Amalfi. It was our first time there and we are determined to return.

Second: On the transfer to our hotel, we met Remo. He actually made a simple transfer a highlight as he had us laughing throughout the drive. He actually convinced me to book the trip to Raiano (as you know, I asked about it and was never really certain about going through with it). I agreed only if he would take us, which I'm grateful he agreed to do.

Third: Francesco tool us to Rome and showed us more than we imagined.

All of the above trips were memorable and we are contemplating a return to Italy in the fall. When we are more certain of our plans, we will contact you for another tour of Rome.

Finally, Remo took Donna and me to Raiano to find my family. Words cannot express how fantastic this experience was for me. I brought only a handful of photographs that I obtained from my grandfather's belongings. I knew the first names of his four sisters. Other than that, all I had were memories of stories a grandfather told his grandson about his experiences in Italy. My grandfather left Italy to immigrate to the US in about 1920 and only returned twice before his death in 1994. Remo is a wonderful person and watching him interact with people while interpreting for Donna and me will forever be with me. Within a short period after arriving in Raiano, I had met one of my Mother's 1st cousins using her daughter's wedding photograph. There were many hugs and tears as this was the first contact my grandfather's family had with US relatives since he died. Long story short, we met two other cousins and some of their children. The best news is that we have been communicating since our return to the US and that is the primary reason we are planning to return so soon. You see, my mother never learned to speak Italian and never met or spoke with any of her relatives in Italy. She is the youngest in her family and she is the only one remaining alive among her immediate family. She now has been introduced to her father's family and traveling to Italy to meet them is all she speaks of.

So, we will also be looking to arrange for Remo, and only Remo would be acceptable, to take us back to Raiano.

This past fall we spent a week in Paris and a week on the Mediterranean. We visited the most amazing and exiting cities of Europe, but our single most memorable day was the day we spent with Angelo, our driver with Benvenuto Limos. It was the perfect day of relaxation and amazement! When we step off our ship Angelo was waiting for us, he escorted us into the back of his Mercedes and whisked us off to Rome for the most fun filled day of our vacation. He was thoughtful, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Though he had a tentative itinerary he was very obliging when we informed him that, though we did want to see everything he had to offer we also needed to squeeze in 2 hours for shopping! He was courteous and more than willing to accommodate our desires. Angelo took us to amazing places we could have never found on our own and showed us up-close, breathtaking views of everything we wanted to see and he also kept us completely safe. As two women traveling alone in most cities we had to be "on guard", making sure we were aware of the people around us but with Angelo we were able to relax and take in Rome's beauty, knowing he was "our angel in Rome, there to watch over us." Angelo's complete knowledge of the city allowed him to plan a day where we saw all the sites with no time wasted standing in lines. Our cruise had many excursions to choose from but by using Benvenuto Limos we were able to see so much more of Rome. There just aren't enough words to convey the amazing memory Benvenuto Limos gave us. Prior to our trip we many horror stories about people who booked tours over the internet but this was not the case with Benvenuto. From the first contact to the end of our tour they were professional and honest. We will definitely utilize their services every time we visit Europe. We have recommended Benvenuto Limos to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you for giving us a memory of Rome we will treasure forever!

My wife and I used Benvenuto to transport us to and from Postitano and Naples during our vacation in Italy in August. The drivers were extremely polite and professional. During the drive, the drivers would tell us about local history, sights to visit, and restaurant recommendations. We highly recommend Benvenuto!

We had the most wonderful day in Pompeii thanks to you. Thanks also to Roberta, our guide in Pompeii that you had set up for us. She was fun and very knowledgable. We wished to stop in Pompeii on the way to Naples train station, but had luggage with us. In Ocober 2006 we had the good fortune of having hired Benevento as our tour guides along the Amalfi Coast. Giovanni and Giuseppe were the guides. They could not have been more informative, helpful, friendly, flexible. In short, they made the trip a total success and truly enjoyed the fact that we were having a great time. All of us, known as Natalies group, enjoyed the trip ever so much more because of Giovanni and Giuseppe. There is no doubt that we will contact them again when we return. My wife Michelle and I were married on Capri on September 13, 2006. As part of that trip we had Benvenuto drive us on 3 separate trips : 1) the Amalfi Coast, 2) Pompeii/Vesuvio with a guided tour of Pompeii, and 3) to Rome. Once in Rome, they provided a guided tour of Rome, as well as airport transfer. Not only were we extremely pleased with the quality of the chauffeur service, but our trip would not have been the same without Giovanni's input. Giovanni answered dozens of emails promptly and made invaluable suggestions as to our excursions. On our drive up the Amalfi Coast, Guiseppe made us reservations at a beautiful cliff-side restaurant in Ravello and reserved for us the best table in the house. Benvenuto was a very important part of making our wedding/honeymoon trip a truly wonderful experience.

We recently had the pleasure of hiring Benvenuto for an excursion through The Amalfi Coast, stopping in Amalfi, Positano and Pompei. We were met at our cruise ship by Giovanni and Giuseppe, both dressed neatly in suits and ties and stood out from the rest of the excursion drivers. We were 15 people in 2 very comfortable Mercedes Mini vans. Giuseppe and Giovanni were both very knowledgeable about the countryside and accommodating with our wishes. They gave us points of interest along the way and gave us a flavor for the people who live in the region. They had us first scheduled to visit Pompeii but had no problem when we wanted to make that our last stop. They arranged for Francesco to be our personal guide in Pompeii, again a very knowlegeable and friendly person. We loved using Benvenuto tours and were only sorry that we had arranged for excursions through the cruise line that we could not get out of without penalty. I very highly recommend Benvenuto to anyone thinking of excursions through Italy. I know that the next time we are in Italy, we will definitely use Giovanni and his staff.

We were very satisfied with this service. We used them for cruise ship excursions in Florence, Rome, and Naples. In all ports, the drivers were all ontime and easy to find. They all were very helpful in suggestions for things to see and how to maximize our time in each city. They also ensured we got to places away from the crowds were possible. We also really liked the fact they offered a guide in Pompay. It really made that stop special.

I also want to compliment the booking process. It was very easy and the person making the booking made suggestions like where to book a guides and where we needed to make museum reservations. In addition, he booked each of these for us. All of this made the trip easier.

Lisa and I had the pleasure of spending a day in Naples with Umberto. We drove past Pompei and up the Amalfi Coast. It was the trip of a lifetime!! We recently returned from a Mediterranean cruise which we experienced with another couple. The four of us visited many ports and explored them either on our own, through excursions booked with our cruise company or with Benvenuto Limos. We were most impressed with Giovanni and his crew, and felt that hiring a private driver was the best way to see Europe.
We had read many great reviews about Benvenuto, and we were NOT disappointed. We were very happy with our drivers in all three places: Florence, Rome and Naples. Our trip to Italy was even more special thanks to Giovanni and everyone at Benvenuto limosine servive. Everyone was always there and on time. The tours and drivers were excellent.
